Culley’s is an independent restaurant and bar unlike anything else Cardiff Bay has to offer.
Headed up by local Chef Keith Clash, we offer a relaxed dining experience with local, seasonal food and menus to suit every occasion.
There’s a breakfast buffet to start the day, a dinner menu with plenty of sharing options, a Sunday Roast to please all the family, bottomless brunch fit for any celebration and a lunch menu that changes weekly to reflect the seasons. And as for drinks; We have a (very) long wine list of all our favourites, a cocktail menu with real seasonal ingredients and the best Welsh suppliers are represented as much on the bar as in our food.
We hope our restaurant is something R.P.Culley, the wine merchant who opened the first restaurant here and the man after whom we are named, would be proud of what we have achieved so far and the mission we are on to make this area of the bay a talking point once more.
